“We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel from 27th September - 3rd October B&B and had the best time. Check in was quick and the staff were friendly and very informative. We booked a classic room with resort view and we were surprised that we had been given a classic room with sea view. We were on the 14th floor which was great to take in the sea views. I had left a note prior to arrival that it was a trip for my wife's birthday and there was a card and cookies in the room for her! Nice touch. The room……

“Everything the best”

“Not a 5 star hotel and the room although it was very big and nice, was dirty, particularly the bathroom. The pools are old and quite small, if you want to go to the beach you need to walk 25mins. There isn’t good coffee around and nothing to do. I don’t recommend it at all.”

“Lovely rooms with a swim up pool, perfect for privacy peace and tranquility! Great breakfast each morning and views were just breathtaking! Staff friendly and all went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay! Room cleaned twice a day and the place was modern x ideal get away for a couple or someone just wanting some peace and quiet. Local shop and bars about 5-10mins away in taxi, a little too far to walk!”

“This is a beautiful, peaceful spot away from the tourist bustle of the coast. The hotel has excellent facilities and the staff were all extremely helpful & friendly. Situated just outside Teide National Park, it is an ideal base for exploring.”

“Beautiful view Gorgeous home Host prompt to any queries to answer”

“Hotel sympa et personnel agréable”

“This is the best hotel we have stayed at in Tenerife. The hotel is spotless and the staff are fantastic. In particular Roberto at reception and Yenifer and Omar in the restaurant. The food was amazing in particular the porridge at breakfast and the beef tenderloin. It didn’t feel mass produced like a few buffets do. The pool was great for my mum who had limited mobility and there were free floats. The heated pool is salt water and there is a non heated fresh water pool.We will definitely be……

“Excellent hotel , great staff. Only stayed b&b but couldn't fault it. Only slight negative was the pool was getting refurbished the week after our stay. So there was lots of black stains but once the pool is back in use it will be superb again. Pool and bar drinks were reasonable Pint 6 euro wine 6 euro soft drinks 4 euro Got an ocean view room which didnt disappoint Would recommend this hotel”

“Camera pulita, Personale cordiale.
